Description Job Summary: Provides direct supervision and operational leadership for a school-based behavioral health program serving SFUSD-enrolled youth and their families. Partners closely with Clinical Director to operationalize program goals, support quality improvement initiatives, and ensure alignment with system-wide clinical models and standards. Escalates complex clinical, operational, and personnel issues as appropriate. Maintains close collaboration with school leadership, including regular communication with site administration (e.g., school principal), to support coordination of services, student needs, and program integration within the school setting. Oversees program admissions and ensures appropriate referral, intake, and enrollment processes. Supports day-to-day milieu management to promote a safe, therapeutic, and structured environment for youth and families. May provide direct clinical services, including individual, family, and group counseling, on a limited basis to support program needs, maintain clinical expertise, and model best practices. Clinical service delivery is not the primary function of the role but is expected as part of supporting program operations and staff development. The role may also provide direct clinical services to support program needs, maintain clinical expertise, and model best practices.
