In this role, you&rsquo;ll apply your mechanical, electrical, and troubleshooting skills to repair and maintain advanced Mitsubishi laser cutting systems. This is a hands‑on, customer-facing position that requires regular travel, independent problem solving, and strong communication skills.&nbsp;</p><p>Technicians travel Monday&ndash;Friday and typically return home by Friday evening. Travel is primarily regional but may include nationwide or occasional international assignments. We provide comprehensive training to help you build a successful long‑term career in the machinery and manufacturing technology industry.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Travel to customer sites to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex technical issues on Mitsubishi laser machinery.&nbsp;</li><li>Perform mechanical and electrical inspections, including dismantling, rebuilding, and system adjustments.&nbsp;</li><li>Provide remote troubleshooting support via phone when appropriate.&nbsp;</li><li>Communicate professionally with customers to explain issues, timelines, and repair outcomes.&nbsp;</li><li>Interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and block diagrams to support accurate analysis and repair.&nbsp;</li><li>Document service activities, findings, and resolutions with clarity and detail.&nbsp;</li><li>Accurately complete and submit expense reports in a timely manner.</li><li>Maintain company tools, equipment, and service vehicles in proper working conditions.&nbsp;</li><li>Perform additional duties assigned to support customer satisfaction and department operations.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications</strong></p><p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
