As a New Car Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, building relationships, and exceeding sales goals. Although you will be positioned in the New Car Building, you will still have the ability to sell pre-owned as well. Responsibilities: Greet customers, understand their needs, and guide them through the car-buying process. Effectively present vehicle features and benefits. Negotiate and close deals while providing a positive and transparent experience. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships. Follow up with leads and cultivate new business opportunities. Maintain a strong product knowledge of Chevrolet vehicles. Comply with all dealership policies and procedures. INDSJBR Qualifications One year of proven sales experience in a sales role Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Enthusiastic and customer-oriented personality Strong work ethic and a desire to succeed Valid driver's license and clean driving record Flexibility to work evenings and weekends (no Sundays) Benefits: High Volume Store: Work at a top Chevrolet Dealer Competitive Compensation: Earn a rewarding income with a competitive pay plan and performance-based incentives.
