    "description": "<h2>Job Description</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Spectrum Healthcare Resources has a potential opportunity for a <strong>Clinical Laboratory Scientist </strong>at the <strong>Togus Va Medical Center </strong>in <strong>Augusta, Maine.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Full-time Opportunity, Monday through Friday</li>\n <li>8 hour days, 7:30am to 4:30pm</li>\n <li>Full complement of benefits to include Medical, Dental and Vision insurance, 401k, paid time off and more</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>The Position will have the following requirements:</li>\n <li>Bachelor of Science Degree</li>\n <li>Certification from a nationally recognized accrediting agency (ASCP, NCA, AMT etc.)</li>\n <li>Must have a minimum of two (2) years of laboratory experience.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Job Duties include but not limitied to:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Will perform a broad range of laboratory procedures, including advanced and complex laboratory procedures. Must be able to recognize deviation from expected results and use scientific principles to analyze and correct problems.</li>\n <li>Evaluate and solve problems related to collection and processing of biological specimens for analysis accounting for physiologic processes and requirements.</li>\n <li>Maintain and document the optimal functioning of laboratory equipment.
