Description
At SRC Automotive, Inc., we’re hiring an Associate Account Manager to support our sales team while building and maintaining customer relationships in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in B2B sales, account management, and customer growth—balancing relationship building with real revenue responsibility.

What You’ll Do as an Associate Account Manager Represent SRC Automotive and their product solutions to customers through phone calls, facility tours, and visits to the customer Identify and recommend appropriate SRC solutions to customers as well as identify new opportunities for the business Works with Engineering, Accounting, Materials, and Production to provide customer quotes Keeps records of customer interactions and transactions, records details of complaints, inquiries, comments, and actions taken Handle difficult conversations with customers in a professional manner Participates in long term strategic sales planning and assists in delivering this message to SRC Automotive and the Corporate Board Communicates customer needs to Supply Chain and Engineering Work with customers, suppliers and other SRC Automotive departments/employees to provide solutions for customer needs Conduct and analyze customer, market, and competitor data for current and future sales trends and customer needs Respond to customer calls as necessary and expedite customer orders Determine areas for sales growth, design and execute a plan to realize that growth Assist the Sales Department in the budgetary process and conducting business within budgetary goals Support Sales team with special projects as directed by Sales Manager
What We’re Looking For Experience in B2B sales, account management, or customer-facing roles
Background in manufacturing, automotive, marine, or industrial products preferred
Strong skills in relationship management, communication, and problem-solving
Experience with CRM systems and ability to be trained on company specific system
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities
Comfortable with 20% travel
Strong Candidates Will Also Have Experience managing complex accounts or supply chains
A commercial mindset with focus on revenue growth and profitability
Confidence navigating challenging customer conversations
