This role is responsible for handling incoming and outgoing materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring production and shipments stay on schedule.</p>\n\n<p>If you take pride in staying organized, supporting operations, and keeping things moving, this is a strong opportunity in a hands-on manufacturing setting.</p>\n\n<h2>Key Responsibilities</h2>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Receive incoming materials, inspect for damage, and verify quantities</li>\n\t<li>Unload trucks and move materials to production or storage areas</li>\n\t<li>Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing shipments</li>\n\t<li>Label, palletize, and prepare materials for shipment</li>\n\t<li>Enter and track transactions in ERP system (D365 preferred)</li>\n\t<li>Maintain organized material storage areas to support production flow</li>\n\t<li>Assist with inventory and cycle counts</li>\n\t<li>Communicate shortages, damages, or discrepancies to leadership</li>\n\t<li>Follow all safety procedures and properly use material handling equipment</li>\n</ul>\n\n<h2>Required Qualifications</h2>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>High school diploma or equivalent preferred</li>\n\t<li>Experience in shipping/receiving or material handling in a manufacturing environment preferred</li>\n\t<li>Basic computer skills; ERP experience a plus</li>\n\t<li>Ability to read and understand shipping and receiving documents</li>\n\t<li>Strong attention to detail and organization</li>\n\t<li>Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment</li>\n\t<li>Reliable attendance and strong work ethic</li>\n</ul>\n\n<h2>Preferred Qualifications</h2>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Forklift experience preferred or willingness to be trained</li>\n</ul>\n\n<h2>Physical Requirements</h2>\n\n<p>Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work throughout the shift in a manufacturing environment.
