Candidates must possess strong listening and articulation skills; previous customer service experience a plus.&nbsp;</span><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,sans-serif;\">&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px; font-family: tahoma, sans-serif;\">3) Must be proficient working with a computer key board and have a basic understanding of computer technology. <u>Candidates must be able to type 35 words per minute</u> and able to read and understand directional maps.
