    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Are you interested in making $22.45 per hour at our general labor, entry level production job?</strong>  Upon qualification, with our $3.50 per hour perfect attendance bonus, this could be a reality for you! <strong> Find your future at National Beef!</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>To learn more about our Selinsgrove Facility, click here!</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Competitive Wages and Benefits:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Wages start at $18.95 to $23.75 per hour</li>\n <li>$3.50 per hour perfect attendance bonus to be paid weekly</li>\n <li>Additional quarterly perfect attendance bonus of 3% and annual perfect attendance bonus of 3.5%</li>\n <li>$1.00 per hour shift differential</li>\n <li>Advancement opportunities</li>\n <li>Health/Dental/Vision/RX</li>\n <li>Company paid life insurance</li>\n <li>401 (k) with Company match</li>\n <li>Tuition Reimbursement</li>\n <li>Paid Vacation</li>\n <li>Paid holidays</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Production General Labor positions are responsible for the following:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be able to distinguish the different cuts of meat</li>\n <li>Must be able to pull product from conveyor belt onto tabletop</li>\n <li>Must be able to obtain correct size & color tray for specific product from an overhead shelf</li>\n <li>Must be able to determine whether a product is within specification</li>\n <li>Must be able to quickly and efficiently place product in tray using correct count and placement for that product</li>\n <li>Must be able to place finished tray onto conveyor</li>\n <li>Must be able to move readily from line to line as required by product flow</li>\n <li>Must wear all required personal protective equipment</li>\n <li>Must demonstrate the ability to react to change and handle any other essential tasks as assigned by the supervisor or lead, which may include assignments in other areas</li>\n <li>General labor</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<p>This is a safety sensitive position.  This position is on-site.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Production General Labor position qualifications are:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Previous experience in the meat industry preferred but not required</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Must be at least 18 years of age or older.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship at this time.</p>\n<h2>Company Overview</h2>\n<p>National Beef is a leader in producing fresh, chilled and further processed beef products for customers in the U.S. and worldwide.
