    "description": "<p><span>Insurance Lounge is looking for an experienced Insurance Store Manager for our Eugene, OR location. Current P&amp;C and Life &amp; Health Insurance license, previous sales experience, employee management responsibilities, and a motivated attitude are required to be considered for this position.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>Primary responsibilities of the Store Manager include, but are not limited to:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Working with clients and insurance carriers to evaluate the best options for the client on a case-by-case basis;</span></li>\n<li><span>Provide client support and knowledgeable guidance during the policy writing and renewal processes;</span></li>\n<li><span>Prepare and present policy/coverage options and information to clients;</span></li>\n<li><span>Ensure client records are maintained within client management database; and</span></li>\n<li><span>Address day-to-day client matters in a timely manner, including questions and issues surrounding claims, eligibility, enrollment, and rates.</span></li>\n<li><span>Achieve/surpass company sales goals for the region.</span></li>\n<li><span>Maintain accurate reporting of new/renewed policies by lines.</span></li>\n<li><span>Develop marketing strategies for regional growth.</span></li>\n<li><span>Hire, train, and manage support staff (agents, CSR’s, etc.)</span></li>\n<li><span>Talent development and employee retention focused.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>Ideal candidate will possess the following:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>Licensed in all lines: P&amp;C, L&amp;H;</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Previous experience with sales and insurance;</span></li>\n<li><span>Familiarity with P&amp;C carriers and coverages;</span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment;</span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to work independently and complete quotes and service work in a timely manner;</span></li>\n<li><span>Produce high quality, professional informational materials for clients, as needed; and</span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to clearly explain the details and implications of coverages to clients.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>Insurance Lounge is the first interactive retail insurance store.
