Assist with snow removal during winter months, if applicable. </span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Georgia,serif\">Equipment Maintenance: Ensure proper care and upkeep of all landscaping tools and equipment. </span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"font-family:Georgia,serif\">Reporting &amp; Repairs: Report any maintenance concerns or repair needs to the Property Manager.
