CIRT Agents are expected to competently respond to any situation that may arise while supporting the client. This position will require the Agent to work the following 8 hour-shifts, approximately: 7am-3pm or 11am-7pm. Scheduled shifts will vary based on client demands. </p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li> Must have the ability to tactfully negotiate conflict and remain flexible </li>\n <li> Must be able to brief, defend, persuade and instruct others on security requirements and policies </li>\n <li>Ensure the smooth operation of all services provided by the Critical Incident Response Team </li>\n <li> Analyze and resolve problems in a timely manner </li>\n <li>Observe, report and/or intervene as appropriate regarding any situation that may compromise the safety and security of the client’s people, assets and/or reputation </li>\n <li> Provide surveillance detection/protective surveillance for security operations </li>\n <li>Participate in emergency response actions to facilitate the protection of the client’s people, assets and reputation. This includes verbal de-escalation, use of non-lethal force, deadly force and appropriate medical treatment </li>\n <li>Routine problem solving and tasking, management of assigned programs and projects</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Requirements: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li> CA Guard Card, Exposed Firearm Permit, CCW and CPR certification is required </li>\n <li> Be physically fit </li>\n <li> Valid driver’s license and clean driving record is required </li>\n <li>Extensive military, corporate security or law enforcement experience, preferably in a military special operations branch or protective operations experience </li>\n <li> A graduate of a reputable executive protection training school is desired </li>\n <li>Extensive medical experience (EMT, First Responder, 18D, Paramedic, Navy Corpsman) is desired</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Benefits: </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Starting pay is $45.83 per hour for a full time Agent</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Allied Universal® Executive Protection and Intelligence Services offers industry leading benefits</p>\n<ul>\n <li> Free employee life insurance </li>\n <li> Paid employee training and development </li>\n <li> 401K </li>\n <li> Paid holidays and flexible PTO (Paid Time Off)</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Closing</h2>\n<p>Allied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
