    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><p id=\"isPasted\">Acts as a liaison between Shoreline Behavioral Health Services and Tidelands Health Emergency Department to coordinate services for emergency room patients identified as having a substance use disorder. &nbsp; Provides and coordinates referrals, assists clients, provides health education to clients on topics such as substance use and provides case management services. &nbsp;Documents all attempts to link clients to care, conducts surveys at prescribed intervals, facilitates transportation for clients as needed and works closely with both Shoreline and emergency department staff.</p><p><strong>NOTE:</strong> This is a full-time, grant-funded position, and will be located at Shoreline Behavioral Health Services in Conway initially but will eventually be located full-time in the Tidelands Health Emergency Department. Applicant must be available to work evening hours and weekends as needed.</p><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>QUALIFICATIONS:&nbsp;</strong>Must be in recovery with at least 1 year of abstinence/sobriety. Peer Support Credentials preferred. &nbsp;Requires basic computer skills and ability to accurately collect and report data. &nbsp;Must be compassionate and nonjudgmental, culturally competent, a self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team. &nbsp;Previous experience with SUD and mental health clients preferred.</p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
