Benton Construction’s self-perform concrete operations. This skilled trades role supports structural concrete work by placing, tying, and securing reinforcing steel in accordance with drawings, shop details, and safety requirements.</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span><span>Working under the direction of the Rebar Foreman and field supervision, this position contributes directly to safe, accurate, and productive concrete placement across active projects.</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span><span>This position is based in the U.S. Virgin Islands.</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>Key Responsibilities</span></span></span><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Place, tie, and secure reinforcing steel for footings, walls, slabs, columns, and structural elements.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Follow direction from structural drawings, rebar shop drawings, and bend schedules.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Maintain proper bar spacing, lap lengths, clear cover, and alignment.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Assist with layout marks, elevation checks, and embed coordination as directed.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Prepare reinforcing steel for inspection and concrete placement.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Handle, stage, and organize rebar materials safely and efficiently.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Work safely around formwork, equipment, and active concrete operations.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Maintain tools, tying equipment, and work areas in good condition.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Follow company safety rules and OSHA requirements at all times.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>Essential Skills &amp;
