    "description": "<h2>Min</h2>USD $46,000.00/Yr.\n<h2>Max</h2>USD $51,500.00/Yr.\n<h2>Position Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>POSITION OVERVIEW: </strong></p>\n<p>  Under the supervision of the Clinical Supervisor, the Housing/Case Manager will provide case management services to a caseload and provide housing assistance within the facility.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>   KEY ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:</strong></p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong><u>  Case Management:</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide case management services to a caseload of up to 15</li>\n <li>Manage and develop systems in the facility.</li>\n <li>Complete all paperwork for charting as required by funding source</li>\n <li>Conduct groups periodically or as directed by management</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>Housing Services:</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide Housing Assistance to clients</li>\n <li>Complete Housing Assessments and Referrals</li>\n <li>Complete HRA 2010-E’s (CAPS)</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>  ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS MAY INCLUDE:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Attend management trainings, team meetings, and staff meetings.</li>\n <li>Provide assistance within the facility where needed.</li>\n <li>Performs other duties as required by the Clinical Supervisor.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>EDUCATIONAL / TRAINING REQUIRED:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Either CASAC or Bachelor degree Preferred  </li>\n <li>GED/High School Diploma or Associates Degree Required </li>\n <li><strong>CASAC-T required</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>EXPERIENCE REQUIRED / LANGUAGE PREFERENCE:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum 2 years’ experience with population in a residential setting or related field</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>COMPUTER SKILLS REQUIRED:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Proficient in Microsoft Office and related programs</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<h2>Company Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>S:US IS AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER</strong> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Join a team of employees who care about the wellbeing of others.
