We&rsquo;ve earned the reputation as the leader when it comes to selection, service, and customer satisfaction.&nbsp;</p><p>The individual in the position will represent the company as a specialized technician for some of the most advanced equipment, makes and models within the transportation industry. They must have the skills and experience to perform and/or provide training on a wide variety of repairs, maintenance, installations, replacements, and diagnostic tasks. They must possess a broad knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and technological principles.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Subject Matter Expert for installations, repairs, and maintenance of mechanical products and equipment to ensure proper performance and compliance with manufacturer&rsquo;s specifications.</li><li>Travels on-site to operate, inspect, and diagnose malfunctions/defects.</li><li>Develop relationships with new and existing customers.&nbsp;</li><li>Perform product delivery demonstrations throughout the company and at customer facilities.</li><li>Promote the company&rsquo;s products and services.</li><li>Read, understand, and interpret operating manuals, parts manuals, blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical drawings.</li><li>Maintain quality standards and ensure installations and repairs conform to factory specifications.</li><li>Ensures all work completed is in accordance with all company polices DOT, OSHA and other governmental standards and regulations. &nbsp;</li><li><em>Safe Handling and disposing of hazardous wastes, such as, oil, antifreeze, transmission fluid, auto parts cleaner, and similar material that comply with safety regulations and guidelines.&nbsp;</em></li><li>Successfully complete factory authorized training.</li><li>Prepare for jobs by checking parts and drawings for accuracy and completeness.</li><li>Properly complete assigned paperwork as instructed.</li><li>Ensure quality, compliance, and safety of company&rsquo;s assets.</li><li>Maintains a high awareness of technical changes related to the industry and products sold and serviced by the company.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned that assist with achieving company goals. &nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Must have a minimum of 3 years&rsquo; experience in heavy duty truck, trailer and/or heavy equipment maintenance and repairs.</li><li>Must have a valid driver&rsquo;s license, with no infractions in the last 3 years.</li><li>Must have a strong knowledge regarding the safe handling and operation of trailers, tractors, containers, field offices, forklifts, power jacks, lift gates, power tools, trailer parts and supplies.&nbsp;</li><li>Must have previous experience with refrigeration units, fabrication, suspensions, air brakes, electrical systems, hydraulics, body repairs and welding. &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Lift-gate experience a plus.</li><li>Must present a professional, highly motivated, positive, result-oriented, problem-solving attitude.</li><li>Must have excellent communication skills.</li><li>Must be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Must have own hand tools; Hale provides a state-of-the-art Service Truck for outside work.</li><li>Must adhere to all Company policies including safety policies.</li><li>Travel 50% or greater in-state and out-of-state.</li><li>Must live within 50 miles of a company branch.</li><li>Must pass a standard pre-employment testing and meet all DOT requirements.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Hale is an industry leading, family friendly company offering a challenging and fulfilling career opportunity with an attractive work/life balance, and who offers a competitive salary, excellent medical, vision &amp; dental benefits, paid vacation, and a matching 401k plan.</p></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
