We are seeking both junior and senior associates with diverse backgrounds to strengthen our team.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Handle depositions, court appearances, and motion practice in state and federal courts.</li><li>Advise clients on construction litigation strategy, risk management, and insurance coverage issues.</li><li>Draft pleadings, discovery requests, and other litigation documents with precision and clarity.</li><li>Collaborate with partners and colleagues to develop case strategies and deliver exceptional client service.</li><li>Contribute to the firm&rsquo;s reputation for excellence by demonstrating initiative, sound judgment, and professionalism.</li><li>Respond to catastrophic events, meeting with clients and develop litigation defenses</li></ul><p><strong>What You&rsquo;ll Bring</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials.</li><li>Admission to the New York Bar required; New Jersey Bar admission is a plus.</li><li>2+ years of litigation experience (junior and senior candidates considered), with emphasis on construction/NYS Labor Law defense and property damage claims.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex issues clearly.</li><li>Demonstrated professional judgment, problem‑solving ability, and decision‑making skills.</li><li>Proactive, resourceful, and committed to delivering high‑quality work.</li><li>Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and communicate professionally with clients.</li></ul><p><strong>Compensation &amp; Benefits</strong></p><p><strong>Salary Range:</strong> We offer a competitive salary, an excellent benefits package and a collaborative, friendly environment. The salary range for this role is $115,000-$160,000.
