This full-time, hospital-based position offers a balance of compensation, flexibility, and lifestyle, making it an ideal opportunity for both experienced physicians and new graduates.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Position Highlights</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Primarily supervisory model with CRNAs (minimal own cases) </li>\n <li>Bread-and-butter community hospital case mix including OB, general, and some thoracic </li>\n <li>No cardiac cases (cardiac program launching soon) </li>\n <li>Steady, manageable workload in a collegial environment</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Schedule & Call</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>3 weeks of standard schedule (primarily Monday–Friday) </li>\n <li>Weekend rotation: 1 in 5 weekends</li>\n <li>1:5 call structure with home call model \n  <ul>\n   <li>Monday–Friday: 4 PM – 7 AM (from home) </li>\n   <li>Weekend: 7 PM – 7 AM (Saturday & Sunday) </li>\n  </ul></li>\n <li>Post-call benefit: Entire following week off </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Compensation & Benefits</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Comprehensive benefits package includes health, vision, and dental insurance, malpractice coverage, disability coverage, deferred compensation, and matching retirement savings options starting from day one.</li>\n <li>Generous starting bonus</li>\n <li>Annual CME stipend.</li>\n <li>Eligible employer under the Public Student Loan Forgiveness Program.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>About Clermont, Florida</strong></p>\n<p>Located 25 minutes west of Orlando, Clermont offers a unique blend of scenic beauty, small-town charm, and convenient access to a major metropolitan area.
