    "description": "<p>We have a fantastic opportunity for a Fleet Supervisor to join our team based in <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Leeds.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">This is a multi-site position covering various bases in the North and North East.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>In this role you will work alongside a small team of Ambulance Fleet Assistants (AFA), ensuring full compliance of routine scheduled mechanical, ancillary equipment and vehicle deep cleans.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What benefits can you include:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Allocate work schedule to Ambulance Fleet Assistants based on scheduled maintenance, VOR, reported defects and deep clean requirements.</li>\n<li>When required, travel across the contract area to repair, service and maintain product/equipment as per the manufacturer’s guidelines.</li>\n<li>Carry out checks and replacements of electrical components, within EMED guidelines.</li>\n<li>Ensure tools and spare parts are always kept safely, securely and maintained.</li>\n<li>Ensure adequate supply of basic spare parts are available and maintained within the region and any defects reported as per the defect process.</li>\n<li>Work safely, ensuring Health and Safety and COSHH regulations are adhered to.</li>\n<li>Advise Fleet management team where a product cannot be successfully repaired to a safe standard.</li>\n<li>On the occasion equipment cannot be repaired on site, arrange for the equipment to be returned to manufacturer or arrange for the manufacturer to attend base.</li>\n<li>Reporting equipment that had been involved in an incident to the Fleet management team.</li>\n<li>Carry out service and repair in accordance with manufacturer recommendations.<br></li>\n<li>Ensure all vehicles for disposal are de-kitted before collection and a log of all equipment has been taken.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">To be considered as an Fleet Supervisor, we are looking for:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience of repairing and servicing mechanical products.</li>\n<li>Experience of using practical and mechanical skills.</li>\n<li>Ability to read and interpret blown view drawings.</li>\n<li>Demonstrate the ability to identify improvements to processes and services.</li>\n<li>Excellent organisational and time management skills, including ability to work to tight deadlines and to act on own initiative.</li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating professionalism and ability to engage and build relationships with a wide range of people, including customers, colleagues and suppliers.</li>\n<li>Excellent attention to detail.</li>\n<li>Strong commercial appreciation of the company’s markets and industry</li>\n<li>Have a client focused, pragmatic approach and ability to think on your feet.</li>\n<li>Demonstrate a flexible approach with strong team working skills.</li>\n<li>Leadership skills and experience with managing/leading a team.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight:
