    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About the role:</span></p>\n<p>We are looking for a Back-End or Full Stack Developer to join Dura Digital’s Digital Engineering Studio. This role focuses on application maintenance, enhancements, and continuous improvement across multiple cloud-based systems.</p>\n<p>You will collaborate with client stakeholders, product owners, architects, and other engineers to support and evolve critical applications, balancing technical excellence with real business needs.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>This role is well-suited for someone who enjoys working across systems, taking ownership, and contributing to stable, scalable solutions in complex environments.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What you will do:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Write high-quality, maintainable code, setting a strong standard for quality and delivery.</li>\n<li>Support and collaborate directly with business and technical stakeholders as needed.</li>\n<li>Design and maintain performant, robust APIs for mobile and web clients.</li>\n<li>Build, manage, and optimize scalable distributed systems in cloud environments.</li>\n<li>Improve application performance, reliability, and scalability.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with front-end developers, architects, and cross-functional team members to deliver cohesive, user-focused solutions.</li>\n<li>Contribute to continuous improvement of development practices, tooling, and processes.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What you bring: </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Back-End (Primary Focus)</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Professional experience with .NET / .NET Core.</li>\n<li>Hands-on experience with cloud services (AWS preferred), including:\n<ul>\n<li>API Gateway</li>\n<li>Lambda</li>\n<li>S3</li>\n<li>RDS / DynamoDB</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Experience building, testing, and deploying serverless backend services.</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, web services, and web protocols.</li>\n<li>Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.</li>\n<li>Proficiency with Git/GitHub.</li>\n<li>Solid experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban) and tools such as Jira.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Front-End (Nice to Have/ Full Stack)</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Professional experience with  React.js and its core principles.</li>\n<li>Proficiency in TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.</li>\n<li>Experience integrating front-end applications with RESTful APIs.</li>\n<li>Ability to translate business requirements into clear, effective technical solutions.</li>\n<li>Sensitivity to UI/UX considerations when building user-facing features.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>",
