    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Sapphire Utility Solutions are looking for a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Civils Team Leader</span>, based out of our depot in <span style=\"color: rgb(31, 31, 31)\">Bodelwyddan</span>, reporting in to the Operations Manager, in support of our new Welsh Water Contract. </span><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">As a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Civils Team Leader</span>, you will be working to meet the needs of the client’s SLA’s in the most productive and cost-effective manner. You will be helping to provide technical expertise, experience, and work within a team to deliver a first-class service to our customers.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">You will be able to engineer solutions on site and focus your teams on completing work correctly, first time.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">You will work with the scheduling team ensuring programmes are managed and delivered accordingly. font-size: 12pt\">You will have operational responsibility for the<span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> civils team </span>and their in-day activities.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Organise labour in the most cost-effective way, including recruitment, disciplinary action, wages, and absence management.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Manage all other resources e.g., sub-contractors, materials, and plant.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Assist with carrying out team briefings on a monthly basis.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Assist in coaching and developing staff to reach their potential and ensure a fair and consistent culture within the teams.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Help to assist the defect programme, ensuring KPIs are met and client and council meetings are attended.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Assist in carrying out documented audits, checking the quality of work and coaching teams/individuals to ensure the right behaviours are always exhibited.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">to ensure compliance with regulatory standard</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Cover all aspects of civils works.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">you will work in accordance with recognised Health &amp; Safety Standards and the Company's Safe Working Procedures.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Previous experience within deep excavations, sewer repairs etc</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Full UK driving license, with no more than 6 penalty points</span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
