This pivotal role is central to executing growth strategies, optimizing financial performance, and maximizing asset utilization. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, the Project Engineer will drive forward strategic initiatives in alignment with Titan America's mission and values.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist in project scheduling, management, and cost estimation.</li>\n <li>Identify and implement projects supporting Titan America's goals.</li>\n <li>Support all phases of the project lifecycle, including design, costing, engineering, installation, and supervision.</li>\n <li>Gather engineering data for financial analysis preparation.</li>\n <li>Adapt to a dynamic work environment and occasional travel requirements.</li>\n <li>Demonstrate leadership and effective communication skills.</li>\n <li>Utilize experience with planning, scheduling, and data analyzing systems.</li>\n <li>Engage in product development through market analysis and strategic planning.</li>\n <li>Utilize CAD software for design and drafting tasks.</li>\n <li>Apply project management skills.</li>\n <li>Uphold Titan America's values of integrity, excellence, and sustainability.</li>\n <li>Safety-conscious with a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to Titan America's growth while embracing our values and commitment to excellence.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.• Proficient analytical skills for data interpretation and decision-making.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.• Strong proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, MS Project).• Proactive problem-solving mindset with a strong work ethic.• Previous internship or work experience in engineering or business development is preferred.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Success begins with hiring the right people to partner with us as we grow and develop our businesses.
