    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, assembly prints, and schematics.</li>\n <li>Operate machines or use hand tools and power tools to secure parts in place.</li>\n <li>Install finished assemblies or subassemblies.</li>\n <li>Assemble and attach functional and cosmetic hardware to assemblies using hand tools and power tools.</li>\n <li>Perform functional / continuity tests on completed assemblies.</li>\n <li>Perform the assembly, start up, and function test of equipment systems.</li>\n <li>Troubleshoot systems, make necessary repairs and any corrections to system.</li>\n <li>Perform other work-related tasks as assigned.</li>\n <li>Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>EDUCATION &amp; EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must possess a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li>\n <li>5 years' mechanical experience required.</li>\n <li>Ability to read and interpret mechanical and dimensional detail drawings required.</li>\n <li>Ability to read and interpret interconnect and wiring diagrams preferred.</li>\n <li>Ability to read and interpret hydraulic schematics preferred.</li>\n <li>Ability to lift 25 pounds required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>JOB REQUIREMENTS</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Overtime may be required during week days, weekends, and holidays.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>COMPETITIVE BENEFITS:</strong>&nbsp;(visit usbenefits.nov.com for more information about our benefits offerings)</p>\n<ul>\n <li>401(k) Retirement Plan – NOV matches every dollar up to 5% of base pay and overtime for every dollar you invest.</li>\n <li>Competitive medical plans that are effective your date of hire.
