Your work may include:</span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Supporting multiple customers and building trusted relationships</span></li>\n<li><span>Working closely with Customer Success, Support and Sales to ensure smooth handovers</span></li>\n<li><span>Partnering with service providers and managing their deliverables</span></li>\n<li><span>Collaborating with diverse clients and consultants across APAC</span></li>\n<li><span>Assisting with configuration and use of Contruent Enterprise</span></li>\n<li><span>Helping document project states and analyse IT infrastructure</span></li>\n<li><span>Delivering training on our software</span></li>\n<li><span>Supporting cost trending, reporting and change management processes</span></li>\n<li><span>Preparing monthly schedule forecasts and variance analysis</span></li>\n<li><span>Using planning tools (Primavera experience is helpful but not essential)</span></li>\n<li><span>Bringing strong problem-solving skills and a team mindset</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>What you bring:</span></span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span>We welcome applicants with different pathways and experiences.
