As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a skilled and dedicated 6G Pipe Welder to join our team. </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Type:  </span>Full-time</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Schedule: </span>Monday-Friday, day shift.  Occasional overtime and/or weekends as needed.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Basic Job Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\"> </span>Read and interpret shop drawings, isometric drawings, and welding procedures to determine welding requirements.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\"> </span>Fabricate piping systems on carbon steel, stainless steel, and various alloys.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\"> </span>Fabricate tank and pressure vessels using the appropriate hand tools and positioners.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\"> </span>Conduct visual inspections of welds to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\"> </span>Operate heavy steel fabrication machinery.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\"> </span>Collaborate with team members to plan and execute welding projects efficiently and effectively.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\"> </span>Maintain a clean and organized work area.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\"> </span>Adhere to and follow all safety rules and PPE requirements.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\"> </span>Perform other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Skills &amp; Qualifications </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\"> </span>Must be able to pass a 6G welding test.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\"> </span>Proficient in ASME process piping using GMAW/FCAW-G and GTAW on carbon steel and other alloys.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\"> </span>Ability to pass x-ray and Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing in accordance with ASME.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\"> </span>Previous experience with tank and pressure vessel fabrication.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\"> </span>Be a forward-thinking individual and a self-starter.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\"> </span>Ability to work well with others and take instruction from supervisors.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\"> </span>Experience with standard shop equipment including overhead cranes.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\"> </span>Must pass pre-employment substance abuse testing.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>PVB offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience, and a competitive and comprehensive benefits package which includes:</p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\"> </span>401(K) retirement plan with company matching</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\"> </span>Medical insurance</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\"> </span>Dental insurance</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\"> </span>Vision insurance</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\"> </span>Short-Term &amp; Long-Term disability insurance</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 13px;\"> </span>8 paid holidays per year</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>If you are a skilled 6G Pipe Welder looking to join a dynamic team at the forefront of industrial construction and metal fabrication, we want to hear from you!</p>",
