You will also help shape how customers build workflows that orchestrate actions across external systems and our own APIs—while keeping the UX consistent with the (Responsibilities)</span></span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>1) Own the embedded automation architecture</span></span></span><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Design the </span><span>end-to-end</span><span> architecture for embedding n8n into our product (routing, tenancy boundaries, workflow lifecycle, upgrade strategy, and operational model).</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Define the “automation platform” integration strategy: workflow templates, provisioning, versioning, rollout, backward compatibility, and governance.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Create technical standards and guardrails so teams can extend the automation layer safely over time.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>2) Multi</span><span>tenancy, identity, and access control</span></span></span><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Implement robust multi</span><span>tenant isolation </span><span>so that</span><span> each organization’s workflows, credentials, and execution data are separated, auditable, and compliant.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Align embedded workflow access with our identity model and implement role-based access control (e.g., admins/builders/viewers).</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Design and enforce boundaries between product sessions and embedded automation sessions.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>3) OAuth, credentials, and security-by-design</span></span></span><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Design and implement secure credential management for embedded workflows, including OAuth app credential strategy and tenant-safe secret handling.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Build secure credential loading/brokering patterns and </span><span>establish</span><span> policies for secret rotation, token storage, and offboarding.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Harden webhook exposure: authentication/verification, request validation, rate limiting, replay protection, and audit logging.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Lead threat modeling and security reviews for the embedded automation surface.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>4) Operate n8n as a production platform inside a SaaS</span></span></span><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Own runtime reliability: deployment patterns, monitoring/alerting, backups, upgrades, incident response playbooks, and performance tuning.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Define scaling strategy (worker pools, queueing, concurrency limits) </span><span>appropriate for</span><span> customer-facing automation and burst traffic.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Ensure operational maturity: dashboards, runbooks, on-call readiness, and measurable SLAs/SLOs.</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>5) Cross-functional technical leadership</span></span></span><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Coordinate delivery across backend engineers, frontend engineers, and DevOps/SRE—driving design reviews, breaking work into
