    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Field Service Manager</strong></p>\n<p>The Field Service Manager is responsible for providing technical leadership and field execution support for Fortress Downhole Tools’ Cyclops Setting Tool Recycling Program. This role maintains a strong field presence to support customer operations, improve technical performance, and reinforce Fortress processes and standards.</p>\n<p><strong>Primary Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Work closely with customer field representatives to execute Cyclops Setting Tool operations at wellsite locations</li>\n <li>Serve as the primary onboarding facilitator for the Eagle Ford and other basins as needed</li>\n <li>Provide field-based technical support for Cyclops Setting Tools</li>\n <li>Conduct routine field visits to reinforce proper handling and operational procedures with wireline crews</li>\n <li>Initiate and report incident investigations in a timely manner</li>\n <li>Support district operations management as required</li>\n <li>Disassemble, clean, inspect, rebuild, and test Cyclops Setting Tools in accordance with Fortress Work Instructions when necessary</li>\n <li>Report all steps of the Cyclops Recycling Program through iFortress software</li>\n <li>Support technical onboarding and training of new hires</li>\n <li>Communicate field issues and technical concerns to management and sales teams</li>\n <li>Maintain high housekeeping and safety standards</li>\n <li>Uphold professionalism, integrity, and strong customer service standards</li>\n <li>Perform additional duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Skills &amp; Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong technical background with downhole tools used in pump-down operations, including wireline setting tools, frac plugs, and perforating guns</li>\n <li>Self-motivated and detail oriented</li>\n <li>Available to work weekends and holidays as required to support field operations</li>\n <li>Strong problem-solving, communication, and operational management skills</li>\n <li>Technical sales experience preferred</li>\n <li>Working knowledge of Windows 10, Microsoft Office, and Prophet 21 ERP</li>\n <li>Forklift training</li>\n <li>Proficiency with basic hand tools</li>\n <li>Ability to lift a minimum of 75 lbs</li>\n <li>CDL preferred</li>\n</ul>",
