          "text": "<p>Brokerage Agent executes flawless operational performance, productivity, by applying technical expertise and providing excellent customer service, supporting our Vision and Mission Statement, making our promise real to all our customers.</p><p>Proactively monitor the following key metrics to achieve the expected results:</p><ul><li>Operational Effectiveness<ul><li>OPA Audit Result – Perform consistently at the highest level.</li><li>Timely Execution:<ul><li>DXR to LOG within 3 hours.</li><li>LOG to ENF (2 step) within 30 minutes.</li><li>LOG to ESP (1 step) within 1 hour.</li><li>INV within 24 hours of ESP/IBB.</li><li>ENF to ESP within 72 hours.</li><li>UCE to AME within 2 days.</li><li>AUE – Less than 5%.</li><li>ADD CVD applicable back up available 100% of the time.&#xa0;</li><li>AUE to AUA within 48 Hours. 95% compliance.</li><li>EDE to EDA within 5 days.</li><li>ESP no RLS follow up within 5-7 Days.</li><li>All CENSUS actioned within 72 hrs.</li><li>Trade Compliance - 100%.</li></ul></li></ul></li></ul><p>General responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Exemplify and Teach Our Culture, Mission and Goals.</li><li>Follow the 10 Critical Success Factor.</li><li>Contribute to build healthy cross-functional relationship and work environment, promote team spirit and cohesiveness in the department.</li><li>Timely completion of 52-hour trainings per year (4.33 per month) and required trainings.</li><li>Own your self-development. Prepare, follow-up and execute on your personal development goals.</li></ul><p>Key responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Comply with company controls, policies, procedures.</li><li>Properly use all Expeditor systems and tools.</li><li>Maintain highest compliance levels for all applicable Customers requirements</li><li>Understand and comply with the expectations on Customer SOP.</li><li>Meet KPI Standards in accordance with the Company’s Procedures (OPS).</li><li>Accurate and timely shipmen process, logged proper codes, trace types and events.</li><li>Timely events on In-bond transactions.</li><li>Proactively communication with carriers and interested parties.</li><li>Contribute to operational effectiveness by complying with applicable District Excellence metrics.</li><li>Complete accurate and timely billing of customers.</li><li>Ensure that all customer’s legal documents are updated.</li><li>Active participation in huddle meetings.</li><li>Ensure that all emails are handled timely and professionally.&#xa0;</li><li>Escalate issues to Lead, Supervisor or Operations Manager as needed.</li></ul><p>Finance:</p><ul><li>Comply with all our policies, including the credit policy.</li><li>All files processed timely and correctly billed.</li><li>Constantly work on prevent monetary losses.</li></ul><p>Security, Health and Safety:</p><ul><li>Notify the Branch Health and Safety representative any unsafe condition that could put employees at risk in the workplace as well as any incident or accident.</li></ul>",
