Tomorrow, we will power checkout-free experiences anywhere you go to make the everyday experiences of living, working, and playing remarkable - giving us back our most valuable asset, time.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.</li>\n <li>Assist in the management of the day-to-day activities of the assigned locations.</li>\n <li>Supervise shuttle drivers, parkers and the monitoring of shuttle bus operations.</li>\n <li>Ensure appropriate customer interaction. Supervise the completion of all closing reports.</li>\n <li>Monitor and implement effective revenue control procedures.</li>\n <li>Perform other necessary functions as assigned. Assist with the daily data entry of the revenue reports.</li>\n <li>Compile and interpret reports on a daily basis for the operation of the facility.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Qualification Requirements:</strong> To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Some college a plus. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Experience Required:</strong> At least one year supervisory experience required (supervisory experience in the transportation and/or parking industry a plus). Prior supervisory experience managing a DOT-regulated shuttle operations preferred.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>License Requirement:</strong>  Must possess a valid state-issued driver’s license with a current address and acceptable driving record. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>DOT Medical Card:</strong> A Medical Examiner’s Certificate (DOT Medical Card) is required. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Availability to Work:</strong> Special shift requirements, if any, will vary depending on a location's hiring needs. If applicable, availability to work 2nd shift, 3rd shift and/or week-ends may be required. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Computer Skills:</strong> Intermediate computer skills utilizing Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Other Desired Qualifications:</strong> Knowledge of transportation (shuttle operations), DOT regulations, union contracts, and payroll strongly desired. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Competencies:</strong> Superior verbal and written communication skills; Must be proactive with strong personal drive and proven customer service skills and must be willing to lead by example. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Physical Demands:</strong> The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
