IST Management has also been included in the INC 5000 list!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>You can check out istmanagement.com for more info on us!</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Schedule: </strong>Monday- Friday 7:30 AM- 4:30 PM</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Benefits: </strong>Medical, Dental, Vision, STD, LTD, Life, 401k, Identity Theft Protection, accrued monthly PTO, and Bonus Incentives</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Business professional dress code</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Hourly Compensation:</strong> $18.00 -18.00 USD per hour</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Welcome and greet clients/customers, take orders, and answer questions about the menu</li>\n <li>Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment to prepare beverages</li>\n <li>Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of equipment, workstations, and Barista area</li>\n <li>Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages such as coffee, tea, and specialty drinks</li>\n <li>Maintaining area surrounding coffee bar to ensure cleanliness and organization</li>\n <li>Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude</li>\n <li>Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines</li>\n <li>Order supplies</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or GED ; Must have reliable transportation to/from work</li>\n <li>Customer Service and/or Hospitality background preferred</li>\n <li>Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and specialty coffee beverages</li>\n <li>Ability to operate coffee equipment (coffee machines, espresso machines, grinders, etc.)</li>\n <li>Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment</li>\n <li>Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds</li>\n <li>Professional appearance and demeanor; Excellent communication skills both verbal and written; Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>IST Management provides reasonable accommodations to individuals with a disability in accordance with applicable law in both the application and employment stages.
