Maintain supplies of ice, glassware, drink garnishes, etc. for bars.</p><p>The Barback:</p><ul><li>Maintains established bar stock levels by transporting cases of beer, bottled water, liquor, etc. from walk-in coolers to bar.</li><li>Prepares written requisitions for stock.</li><li>Maintains supplies of ice, glassware, drink garnishes, and keep fresh fruit rotated.</li><li>Cleans and maintains all areas of bar.</li><li>Restocks kegs of beer (approximately 50 pounds) in the walk-in coolers.</li><li>Cleans reach-in coolers and rotates bottled beer.</li><li>Empties&#xa0;trash bins in bar area and transports to proper refuse bin.</li><li>Receivse and fulfills beverage orders from guests, cocktail servers, and bartenders.</li><li>Prepares alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to standard beverage recipes.</li><li>Operates cash registers, and accurately completes transactions according to standardized procedures.</li></ul>",
