At ENFRA, stability, innovation, and growth are more than just values—they are the pillars of our continued success.</p>\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>The General Superintendent - Sheet Metal is responsible for providing overall direction for field installation of assigned projects. Owns direct responsibility for field labor, labor coordination, quality control, and safety on assigned project. Represents the Company on the project sites and insures that the installation functions as designed and satisfies the contracted scope and customer.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Attends and contributes to the various operations meetings.</li>\n <li>Has fundamental understanding of the estimating process.</li>\n <li>Blueprint reading, coordination, layout, sketching and materials take off.</li>\n <li>Material, tool and equipment handling which include: ordering, receiving, placing and returning.</li>\n <li>Contract scope delineations, confirm that construction drawings and spec agree with contract scope.</li>\n <li>Responds to general contractor's requests concerning our scope limits.</li>\n <li>Assists in trade stacking and phasing, influence project scheduling.</li>\n <li>Assists in manpower loading and maintaining the two week look ahead schedule.</li>\n <li>Time keeping and other administrative duties such as daily reports, submittal log, RFI status etc.</li>\n <li>Ensures that safety and other company programs are implemented and effective.</li>\n <li>Building code compliance.</li>\n <li>Labor and material cost forecasting.</li>\n <li>Quality Control.</li>\n <li>Monitors and mentors all field sheet metal personnel.</li>\n <li>Full responsibility of all field operations.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<h4>Required Education, Experience, and Qualifications</h4>\n<ul>\n <li>Craft supervision experience in similar facility construction.</li>\n <li>Must have experience managing all crews.</li>\n <li>Must have advanced knowledge of how jobs are assembled in the field.</li>\n <li>Must have verifiable experience working on projects of $500K or more.</li>\n <li>Must manage to the budget, plan to the schedule, plan for the unexpected, and meet or exceed project deadlines while keeping safety first.</li>\n <li>Influence the workers to do it the company way and the installation to reflect the Company brand.</li>\n <li>Effective verbal and written communication skills.</li>\n <li>Detail-oriented and willing to tackle various ongoing projects in a fast-paced environment.</li>\n <li>Versed in the industry and the Company's competitors.</li>\n <li>Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary.</li>\n</ul>\n<h4>Preferred Education, Experience, and Qualifications</h4>\n<ul>\n <li>Not applicable.</li>\n</ul>\n<h4>Travel Requirements</h4>\n<ul>\n <li>0-5% of time will be spent traveling to job site(s)/office location.</li>\n</ul>\n<h4>Physical/Work Environment Requirements</h4>\n<ul>\n <li>Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.</li>\n <li>Climbing stairs.</li>\n <li>Remaining in a stationary position, often kneeling, standing or sitting for prolonged periods.</li>\n <li>Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.</li>\n <li>Quiet environment.</li>\n <li>Light work that includes adjusting and/or moving objects up to 20 pounds.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Pay Range</h2>USD $100,000.00 - USD $120,000.00 /Yr.\n<h2></h2>\n<p>ENFRA is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer of Minorities, Women, Protected Veterans, and Individuals with Disabilities, and participates in the e-Verify program.
