Such tasks include, but are not limited to, performing full length / end drifting, visual inspections, prove up and equipment set up and calibration.</li><li>UT Operator may also perform administrative duties as required</li><li>Must meet the Mag Particle or Liquid Penetrate Inspection</li></ul><br><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong><ul><li>Work according to the safety objectives, policy and procedures of your department.</li><li>Demonstrate and communicate commitment to the safety and health program by providing a safe and healthy work environment.</li><li>Interpret production work orders to ensure correct services are being performed.</li><li>Perform equipment set up and calibrations (recording devices inclusive).</li><li>Document set ups and inspection results.</li><li>Organize and report results of all performed set-ups and inspections.</li><li>Provide guidance and training for a UT Operator trainee.</li><li>Ensure product quality.</li><li>Communicating results to supervision and customers.</li><li>Practice good housekeeping throughout entire work area.</li><li>Any other function deemed necessary by supervision.</li><li>Validate correct drift diameter and length, perform full length and end drift.</li><li>Perform thread gage and visual thread inspection, both pin and box.</li><li>Perform wet and dry magnetic particle inspection, prove up and evaluate imperfections.</li></ul><br><strong>Compensation and Benefits:</strong><ul><li>Starting pay of $27.55 per hour.</li><li>Quarterly Incentive Bonus Plan.</li><li>Comprehensive benefits package including Health, Dental, and Life Insurance.</li><li>401K plan with company matching.</li><li>Paid vacation and 10 paid holidays.</li><li>Daily overtime pay for hours worked beyond the standard shift.</li></ul><br><strong>Qualifications:</strong><ul><li>Minimum 1 year of experience in NDT Inspection.</li><li>Certification requirements:<ul><li>UT Level I &amp; II</li></ul></li><li>Ability to interpret production work orders and ensure correct services are performed.</li><li>Strong understanding of NDT equipment setup, calibration, and documentation practices.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an industrial environment.</li><li>Successful completion of Visual Acuity and Color Perception examinations.</li></ul><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong><ul><li>Mag Particle Level I &amp; II certification</li></ul><br><strong>Requirements:</strong><ul><li>High School Diploma or GED.</li><li>Ability to work an industrial schedule, including overtime (rotating every 3 months or fixed 8-12 hour shift work, which will include Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays).&nbsp;Can be asked to stay later into next shift if relief calls off.</li><li>Strong commitment to safety and adherence to safety procedures/guidelines at all times.</li><li>Capability to work with and around materials that may be hot, heavy, sharp, or involve hazardous chemicals.</li><li>Physical ability to perform manual labor and lift in excess of 25 lbs.</li></ul><br><strong>Working Conditions:</strong><ul><li>Work is performed in an industrial environment, which may involve exposure to varying temperatures, noise levels, and hazardous materials.</li><li>Personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided and is&nbsp;required at all times&nbsp;to ensure safety while performing job duties.</li></ul>",
