About the role Flex is on a mission to revolutionize the way bills are paid and we are looking for an exceptional sales rockstar to join our team as we rapidly expand into new markets. The successful candidate will be a team player, have an entrepreneurial mindset, see ambiguity as an opportunity and possess relentless grit, humility and curiosity. This role is based out of one of our hubs in NYC, SF, or SLC working hybrid 2-3x a week. What you’ll do New client acquisition - drive revenue and market share within rental real estate market Build and manage a robust pipeline in CRM Establish relationships with senior executives and decision-makers through outbound efforts Own the full sales cycle from lead to close Educate prospective customers on the value of Flex Navigate key decision makers to build awareness within organizations Initiate, negotiate and close new and expansion contracts with customers Collaborate and work with different members of the Accounts team to build strategic adoption plans for new customers Key qualifications 3+ years of sales experience Consistent track record of quota attainment Develops relationships with middle management and ownership quickly and effectively Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to be flexible and adaptive Skilled at phone, email, and social media prospecting Flex takes a market-based approach to pay, ensuring compensation is commensurate with a candidate's experience and our internal leveling guidelines. For candidates located in our Tier 1 markets (NYC/SF/Seattle) , the OTE (On Target Earnings) pay range for this role is $124,000 - $155,000 USD . For all other U.S. locations, Flex utilizes a geographic pay differential based on a cost of labor index. If you are located outside of the Tier 1 states listed above, your starting pay will be adjusted to align with the market conditions of your specific geographic zone. Please speak with your recruiter for additional information regarding the specific range for your location. Compensation Flex takes a market-based approach to pay, ensuring compensation is commensurate with a candidate's experience and our internal leveling guidelines. For candidates located in our Tier 1 (NYC/Bay Area) and Tier 3 (Salt Lake City) markets, the base salary pay range for this role is below. Flex utilizes a geographic pay differential based on a cost of labor index. If you are located outside of the cities listed below, your starting pay will be adjusted to align with the market conditions of your specific geographic zone. Please speak with your recruiter for additional information regarding the specific range for your location.
