With a keen focus on serving the Ministry of Transportation (MTO), our team navigates the complexities of each project with precision and expertise. Leveraging our extensive experience and proficiency, we consistently meet the evolving demands, ensuring the safe and efficient flow of traffic across Ontario's road networks.&#xa0;</p><p>One of the key factors setting our department apart is the relationship we've cultivated with the MTO team over the years. Join our team and contribute to shaping the future of highway engineering in Ontario with your expertise and passion for project management.&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:&#xa0;</strong></p><ul><li>Acting as a senior project manager / highway design lead on multidiscipline detail design highway and bridge projects for MTO.&#xa0;</li><li>Providing mentorship,&#xa0;support, and oversight to other engineers and technical staff working on your projects.&#xa0;</li><li>Supporting and leading a project team to complete designs ranging from freeways, urban and rural multi-lane and two-lane facilities, interchanges, and intersections.&#xa0;</li><li>Ensuring that corporate and client QA/QC practices are completed on all projects.&#xa0;</li><li>Coordinating with clients, approval agencies, utility companies, contractors, etc.&#xa0;</li><li>Developing and maintaining relationships with industry professionals, consultants and other business leaders.&#xa0;</li><li>Preparing proposals, project work plans, schedules, and budgets.&#xa0;</li><li>Monitoring overall work progress and technical performance on projects to ensure timelines and targets are being met.&#xa0;</li></ul>",

          "text": "<ul><li>A university degree in Civil Engineering and licensed as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.).&#xa0;</li><li>+15 years of progressive related experience working on highway design projects and project management.&#xa0;</li><li>Experienced with project management and has worked in or has an understanding of the consulting engineering environment.&#xa0;</li><li>Thorough knowledge of Highway/Transportation Engineering, including policies, regulations, guidelines and operational procedures.&#xa0;</li><li>Ability to work effectively as part of a team with clients and other relevant stakeholders.&#xa0;</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to work effectively independently or as part of a team.&#xa0;</li><li>Possess a valid driver’s license and have access to a vehicle with valid registration and insurance.</li><li>Ability to be approved in the MTO RAQS system for various specialties would be considered an asset.&#xa0;</li></ul>",
