The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Power BI, Power Automate and Excel. Additionally, the role requires advanced knowledge in data analysis, process automation, and business intelligence to support decision-making and optimize operational performance.&nbsp;</span></p><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0cm;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0cm;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt;\"><strong>Key Responsibilities:&nbsp;</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0cm;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt;\">Design and develop comprehensive Power BI reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights into business operations and performance. <u>Proficient in Complex DAX</u><strong><u>:</u></strong>&nbsp;Deep understanding of Data Analysis Expressions (DAX), including advanced functions for filtering, calculations, and time intelligence.&nbsp;</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0cm;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt;\">Analyze large datasets using advanced Excel functions to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for process improvement.&nbsp;</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0cm;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt;\">Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all business intelligence reports and dashboards.&nbsp;</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0cm;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt;\">Bachelor’s degree in business, Data Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field with 8+ years of experience.</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0cm;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt;\">Proven experience (5+ years) as a Analyst / Sr. Analyst in a similar role.&nbsp;</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0cm;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt;\">Create Client presentable Dashboards that are action – based in Power BI and/or Tableau.&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0cm;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt;\">Proficiency in Power BI, Power Automate, Microsoft Flow, and Excel for data visualization, automation, and analysis.&nbsp;</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0cm;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt;\">Strong knowledge of data analysis techniques and tools, with the ability to interpret complex data and deliver clear, actionable insights.&nbsp;</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0cm;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt;\">Experience in business process automation, workflow optimization, and creating custom automation solutions.&nbsp;</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0cm;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.5pt;\">Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.&nbsp;</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;
