    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>The Cost Accounting Sr. Specialist is responsible for pricing strategy development for new products, CapEx analysis, and cost analysis.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead the pricing development task for new products collaborating with other departments</li>\n <li>Manage Product Life Cycle profitability for new products</li>\n <li>Assist with month-end closing and financial reports</li>\n <li>Perform monthly standard costing job</li>\n <li>Assist internal controls within Accounting department for SOX compliance</li>\n <li>Assist managers with yearly/long-term business planning</li>\n <li>Assist external auditors with quarterly and annual audits by providing requested information</li>\n <li>Perform CapEx analysis</li>\n <li>Ad hoc duties as needed</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Preferred Education & Experience:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field</li>\n <li>At least 2~3 years of experience in manufacturing industry</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Knowledge of IFRS and GAAP</li>\n <li>Ability to organize and to manage multiple projects simultaneously </li>\n <li>Ability to process daily bank transactions and bank reconciliations</li>\n <li>Ability to research, evaluate, and resolve problems </li>\n <li>Good written and verbal communication skills</li>\n <li>Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel</li>\n <li>Ability to speak and write fluently in both Korean and English</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Preferred Education & Experience:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Manufacturing costing experience</li>\n <li>SAP experience</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations:  </strong>None</p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Working Conditions : </strong>100% of work in office environment, Overtime as needed for monthly closing</p>",
