This role analyzes plans, specifications, site conditions, and code requirements to determine project scope, equipment needs, and system layouts. Working closely with Account Executives and internal teams, the Estimator serves as a technical resource throughout the sales process, preparing design-build deliverables, technical documentation, and cost-effective solutions that meet customer requirements and industry standards.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Advice on overall project requirements, including plan analysis, code requirements, review of plan specifications, and site visits.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Prepare project estimates, design proposals, and identify material and equipment needs.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Drive and manage the technology and evaluation stage of the sales process, working with Account Executives as the key technical advisor.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Travel to job sites for joint sales calls with Account Executives.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Coordinate closely with internal resources to review, understand, and implement designed solutions aligned with customers&rsquo;
