T</span><span>he primary purpose of this position is to </span>support the Senior Innovation Manager on ideation, evaluation and execution of innovation pipeline aligned with the ANZ strategy (Rx and CHC). Work cross functionally with Global teams and EMOs to deliver Innovation projects. And ensure innovation projects are managed effectively through the iNova iGate process.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span><em>Key accountabilities include:</em> </span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead ANZ innovation projects from ideation through validation of commercial viability, ensuring effective handover to Brand for commercialisation and launch.</li>\n<li><span>Drive concept development, validation, financial modelling and iGate delivery.</span></li>\n<li><span>Lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders to deliver NPD on time and within targets.</span></li>\n<li><span>Develop compelling innovation claims and manage approvals via Veeva.</span></li>\n<li><span>Support Brand, Category and Sales with trade selling stories and retailer sell-in.</span></li>\n<li><span>Contribute to quantitative and qualitative research across categories, including concepts, packaging and claims.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br>About You</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span>To be successful in this role you will possess. </span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>A broad understanding of the OTC healthcare industry with at least 5 years commercial experience in innovation and / or marketing roles (Essential)</li>\n<li>Possess a relevant business-related degree. (Essential)</li>\n<li>Experience supporting brand strategy, market analysis and opportunity identification.</li>\n<li>Experience contributing to innovation projects within regulated healthcare or consumer product environments.</li>\n<li>Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities simultaneously, with Gate process experience preferred.</li>\n<li>Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and bring others on the journey.</li>\n<li>Commercial acumen, including experience analysing market size, pricing, margins and market share, ideally using data sources such as Circana or IQVIA</li>\n<li>Experience translating consumer and shopper insights into commercially relevant brand or innovation recommendations.</li>\n<li>A sound understanding of regulatory requirements across consumer healthcare, from therapeutic goods to cosmetics.</li>\n<li>An entrepreneurial mindset, with curiosity, initiative and a passion for identifying new growth opportunities.</li>\n<li>Ideally, familiarity with categories such as cough, cold &amp; flu, throat, allergy, pain and skin health.<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Diversity and Inclusion</span></span><span><br>iNova is an Equal Opportunity employer.
