    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p></p>\n<p><strong>J</strong><strong>PW Structural Contracting</strong> located in Syracuse, NY is currently seeking a <strong>Rigger</strong> to join their team! </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Assemble, disassemble and move heavy equipment & bulky objects by selecting and using the various rigging hardware, such as ropes, slings, shackles, clamps, chain falls, and come-a-longs in a correct and safe manner.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<h1>Skill Requirements</h1>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience with heavy equipment and material moving</li>\n <li>In-depth knowledge of rigging equipment</li>\n <li>Excellent spatial awareness</li>\n <li>Good communication skills</li>\n <li>OSHA 10</li>\n <li>3+ years working as a rigger</li>\n</ul>\n<h1>Physical Requirements</h1>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be at least 21 years of age.</li>\n <li>Must pass a pre-employment drug test and be subject to random testing during course of employment.</li>\n <li>Possess the coordination, physical strength, and agility to complete required tasks within the allotted time frame.</li>\n <li>Able to quickly and repeatedly bend, stretch, twist, or reach out with body, arms and/or legs without restriction.</li>\n <li>Acceptable visual acuity, either corrected or uncorrected.</li>\n <li>Able to work at heights and in extreme temperatures and moderately inclement weather</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Remote Position</h2>No\n<h2>Min Compensation </h2>USD $25.00/Hr.\n<h2>Max Compensation </h2>USD $30.00/Hr.\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>3+ years experience in welding</li>\n <li>Familiarity with welding tools and procedures</li>\n <li>Basic knowledge and understanding of layout</li>\n <li>Familiarity with reading and understanding blueprints</li>\n <li>Ability to handle physical workload</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em>Starting Wage will DOE</em></p>\n<h2>Company Website</h2>\n<p>https://www.jpwcompanies.com/employment/</p>\n<h2>Company Profile</h2>\n<p>Take a walk around our 100,000sq.ft.
