Apply today and become part of a team committed to making a difference! </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Mileage (72.5 cents per mile) is included</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Average travel time will be included</strong></p>\n<strong>Schedule:2 hours once weekly (Omnicell Restocking)Flexible </strong>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong><u>How YOU will benefit:</u></strong> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Supportive team with room to work independently </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ongoing training and career growth </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Advancement opportunities in a growing company </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Referral bonuses </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>We cover Pharmacy Technician license fees</strong> (new hires & current staff eligible) </li>\n</ul>\n<p>  </p>\n<p><strong>As a Pharmacy Technician you will:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Fill prescription items and package medications for dispensing and delivery. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Accurately label products, including cautionary and auxiliary labels. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Prepare medications, including non-sterile compounding (liquids, powders, ointments, etc.). </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Enter patient and prescription data into the computer system to generate labels. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Participate in pharmacy inventory management, including checking stock and removing expired medications. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Communicate professionally with internal and external customers. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist with onboarding and training new pharmacy staff. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform specialized tasks that <em>may</em> include: </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Working in the Controlled Drugs (Narcotics) Room. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Operating automated machines to prepack medications. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Mixing IV medications and sanitizing IV room/equipment. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Servicing facility-based dispensing machines (e.g., Omnicell). </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform other pharmacy support tasks as assigned. </li>\n</ul>\n<p>   </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<p>Required:   </p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School diploma or equivalent.   </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Pharmacy Technician license as required by state </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience in a pharmacy setting and medical terminology.   </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to operate a computer; recognize and identify medications.   </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Detail oriented; goal oriented, team player, and effective oral communication.   </li>\n</ul>\n<p>  </p>\n<p><em>*Position will be posted for a minimum of 7 business day </em> </p>\n<h2>About our Line of Business</h2>OnePoint Patient Care, an affiliate of PharMerica, is the nation’s leading independent provider of community-based hospice pharmacy and pharmacy benefits management (PBM) services – offering hospices nationwide flexible and adaptable solutions for their hospice pharmacy needs.
