Construction can be frustrating 11 days out of 10, so unless you're infected with a love for the process to build, organize, and create, we're probably not a good fit.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline\">Technical Requirements: </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Extensive knowledge of established construction practices, procedures, and techniques as well as applicable local, state, and federal building codes.</li>\n<li>Familiar with industry documentation and communication practices (RFI's, Change Orders, drawings, specs, submittals, etc.)</li>\n<li>Familiar with laws and legal concepts relating to contracts, liens, human resources, etc.<br>Advanced technological skills (smart phones, laptops, and tablets are used in the daily management of projects).</li>\n<li>Proficient with Office 365 products (Excel, Word, Outlook, and MS Project).</li>\n<li>Familiar with laws and legal concepts impacting the construction industry (contractors, liens, human resources, etc.)</li>\n<li>Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of abstract variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. <br><br><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline\">Education/Experience:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>High School diploma or GED (Required)</li>\n<li>Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, or related degree (Preferred)</li>\n<li>Construction Experience: 3 years (Preferred)</li>\n<li>Project Management Experience: 10 years (Preferred)</li>\n<li>CMGC (Construction Manager/General Contractor) experience (Preferred)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>     </p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">License/Certification:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Valid Drivers License (Required)</li>\n<li>Procore certified (or at least a commitment to be certified quickly)</li>\n<li>OSHA-30 Certified (or at least a commitment to be certified quickly)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Physical/Sensory Requirements:</span></span></p>\n<p>The physical demands described here are representatives of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential responsibilities of this job.
