          "text": "<p><b>Job Title:    Peoplesoft HCM consultant<br />Location    Montvale, NJ<br />Duration:    1 year Contract</b></p><p><b>Job Description/ Requirements:</b><br /></p><p>The PeopleSoft Functional Analyst (for Peoplesoft HCM, not financial Peoplesoft) is responsible for the analysis, design, code, and testing of new applications in addition to making enhancements to existing applications.<span>  </span>The candidate must be proficient in PeopleSoft oriented methodologies with demonstrable experience in all stages of application development life cycle.</p><p>The candidate will work in a team environment, therefore excellent written and oral communication skills are a must. He or she will be expected to review requirements documents, create functional design documents, and be able to test and document the delivered applications.</p><p>Additionally, it is expected that the Analyst be knowledgeable of the PeopleTool toolset. </p><p><b>Job Responsibilities:</b></p><p>•<span>  </span>Proficient in requirement gathering, performing fit gap analysis (current and future state), creating </p><p><span>    </span>functional specification documents, and developing business process flow and charts.</p><p>•<span>  </span>Knowledgeable in PeopleSoft Core applications, including Base Benefits, Workforce Management, </p><p><span>    </span>Manager and Employee Self-Service, and Time and Labor.</p><p>•<span>  </span>Assist the team in fully integrating the PeopleSoft system into their current business environments </p><p><span>    </span>and provide input on best practices.</p><p>•<span>  </span>Advise on options, risks, and any impacts on business processes or systems.</p><p>•<span>  </span>Experience in creating test scripts and test cases for assigned projects and executing these </p><p><span>    </span>scenarios under testing tool application for quality assurance.</p><p>•<span>  </span>Advise on options, risks, and any impacts on business processes or systems.</p><p><b><span>Required Skills/ Qualifications:</span></b></p><p><b><span>Junior:</span></b><span> 2+ Years Exp.<span>     </span></span></p><p><b><span>Intermediate:</span></b><span> 5+ Years Exp.</span></p><p><b><span>Senior:</span></b><span> 8+ Years Exp.</span></p><p>•<span>  </span>Five years’ experience including Analysis, Design, Documentation, Development, Implementation </p><p><span>    </span>and Testing of business application systems in ERP PeopleSoft HCM.</p><p>•<span>  </span>Experience using PeopleSoft release 9.2 and PeopleTools release 8.54 and PUM release 12-19 and </p><p><span>  </span><span>  </span>Peopletools 8.55</p><p>•<span>  </span>Knowledgeable of Application Designer, Import Manager, Security Administration, SQR, PS/Query, </p><p><span>    </span>Process Scheduler, Application Messaging, and Application Engine.</p><p>•<span>  </span>Experience with HP’s Application Lifecycle Management tool (ALM) is a plus.</p><p>•<span>  </span>Proficient using MicroSoft Excel and Word</p>",
