Performs leak testing and troubleshooting of assembly&rsquo;s and subassemblies.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Duties:</p><ul><li>Perform visual inspection of raw materials and or production assemblies, to meet quality standards.</li><li>Utilize blueprints to set-up each build in accordance to work orders.</li><li>Perform assembly of components that consist of machined and purchased parts.</li><li>Perform leak and assembly test per work instructions. &nbsp;</li><li>Perform trouble shooting when assemblies don&rsquo;t pass testing. Communicate with engineering when necessary.&nbsp;</li><li>Verify assembly is in compliance with quality standards prior to submitting to quality assurance.</li><li>Comply with all FDA and ISO9001, and ISO 13485 guidelines.&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain clean, safe, organized work area - sustains process improvements that have been implemented into their respective areas. Actively participate in Continuous Improvement (examples: line side ideas, kaizens, and projects) </li><li>Execute Engineering Work Requests and special sample requests. Perform other duties as assigned. </li></ul><p>Experience:</p><ul><li>Perform assembly and subassemblies.</li><li>Read and interpret blueprints, tubing diagrams.</li><li>Utilize hand and power tools to perform assemblies</li><li>Attention to detail and ability interpret and follow written instructions. </li><li>Good communication skills (written and verbal) when working with others. </li><li>Knowledge of all FDA and ISO9001, and ISO 13485 guidelines</li><li>1 year manufacturing experience, preferred</li><li>Must be able to lift 30 lbs. maximum</li><li>Must have the dexterity to efficiently work with small parts.</li><li>Must be able to sit/stand for long periods of time</li><li>Must be able to bend, stoop, twist, reach, pull, push and engage in repetitive physical movement </li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>HuFriedyGroup is an equal opportunity employer.
