    "jobDescription": "<h2></h2><h2>Job Description:</h2><p style=\"text-align:inherit\"></p><p><b>Associate, Facilities &amp; Operations</b></p><p></p><p><b>The Role</b></p><p>Do you enjoy working with people?  Are you outgoing with a positive demeanor and eager to provide the best possible service to colleagues and visitors?  If yes, we are seeking an associate to join our team! </p><p></p><p>In this role, you will play a key part in crafting an outstanding workspace experience for all Fidelity associates and visitors through the delivery of on-site hospitality services and amenities. You will be an ambassador of the company’s hospitality mindset and responsible for meeting our global service standards.</p><p></p><p>This role is in Boston, MA and reports to the Manager, Facilities &amp; Operations.  Also includes a team of peers across the country and globe for support and camaraderie.</p><p>Key responsibilities include:</p><p>·     Staffing of local Hospitality Hubs, the command center for site services and associate needs.  </p><p>·       Manage the daily requirements of the music program.</p><p>·       Monitor email inbox that allows associates to easily contact the team for assistance.</p><p>·       Support the implementation of initiatives, processes, and strategies to further visitor and associate experience.</p><p>·       Communicate upcoming events with associates and onsite service teams.</p><p>·       Partner with other real estate functions to ensure quality building standards are met.</p><p>·       Support for meetings and events and conference room administration.</p><p>·       Contribute documentation of operating procedures, training, and other resources as needed.</p><p>·       Provide tours and navigational assistance for new associates and visitors.</p><p></p><p><b>The Expertise and Skills You Bring</b></p><p></p><p>·       Undergraduate degree or 5 or more years of experience.</p><p>·       Proven track record and interest in hospitality.</p><p>·       Familiarity with the financial services industry and/or corporate real estate is valued.</p><p>·       Excel with meeting new people and networking and having a conscientious and respectful demeanor.</p><p>·       Have a consumer-first mentality with the ability to identify and deliver against unmet needs.</p><p>·       Ability to multi-task and support unplanned work as needed.</p><p>·       Excellent communication and social skills.</p><p>·       Demonstrate integrity, dependability, and accountability.</p><p>·       Ability to problem-solve through a collaborative, team-oriented approach.</p><p>·       Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.</p><p></p><p><b>Other Requirements</b></p><p>·       Role is on-site 100%.</p><p>·       Physical requirements include regularly walking through the building and sitting at the Hospitality Hub for extended periods of time.</p><p>·       Occasional extended hours may be requested to support projects or activities.</p><p></p><p><b>Note: Fidelity is not providing immigration sponsorship for this position</b></p><p><b>The Team</b></p><p>Fidelity Real Estate is the corporate real estate division of Fidelity Investments, providing a full range of services to Fidelity business units nationally and internationally. The Facilities &amp; Operations team runs more than 7 million square feet of space in the United States and overseas and ensures a safe and productive environment for associates while maintaining best-in-class real estate for our visitors and clients. We are customer-centric and focus on delivering solutions that meet the needs of Fidelity associates at all levels.</p><p></p><p style=\"text-align:inherit\"></p><p style=\"text-align:inherit\"></p>The base salary range for this position is $48,000-91,000 USD per year.  <p style=\"text-align:left\">Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors.</p><p style=\"text-align:inherit\"></p><p style=\"text-align:left\">Base salary is only part of the total compensation package.
