You should also have a passion for food safety and kitchen management.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong>:</p><ul><li>Prepare and serve high-quality food to customers</li><li>Maintain foodservice displays to ensure they are fully stocked for business needs</li><li>Manage inventory of prepared ingredients, ensuring compliance with temperature and shelf-life guidelines</li><li>Ensures food handling procedures are followed including wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking, storing, and rotating of products</li><li>Set up, break down, sanitize and maintain clean prep stations</li><li>Complete end-of-shift paperwork accurately and efficiently</li><li>Provide exceptional customer service through positive interactions</li><li>Demonstrate excellent communication skills and work effectively in a team</li><li>Adhere to uniform, personal hygiene, and appearance standards</li><li>Support opening and closing duties, including end-of-shift cleaning</li><li>Maintain organized, safe, and clean work areas</li><li>Follow safety and security standards diligently</li><li>Performs all other duties as required or assigned by management</li></ul><p><strong>Cross-training responsibilities</strong>:</p><ul><li>Managing the cash register throughout the shift ensuring the money stays balanced and customers are assisted in a fast and accurate manner.</li><li>Stocking products on shelves and making sure the store always looks clean and professional.</li><li>Ensure prompt, efficient and courteous customer service to store customers, vendors, and staff at all times.</li><li>Maintain a clean, customer friendly environment in the store and surrounding property</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve car wash related issue as needed</li><li>Prepare a shift report at the end of the shift as per company guidelines</li><li>Cross and upsell store products and sales to assist in increasing store sales</li><li>Escalate any issues to their next level manager that needs immediate attention.</li><li>Performs all other duties as required or assigned by management</li></ul><p><br></p>",
