      "content": "<li>Oversee financial and accounting services and provide direction to Charter Impact Teams in the following areas: financial statement preparation, accounts payable, accounts receivable, expense tracking by grant, grant reporting – for both governmental and private grants, and ad hoc reporting as requested</li><li>Review all financial statements as prepared by Accounting Teams to ensure compliance with GAAP</li><li>Prepare annual budgets and monthly forecasts for clients while providing valuable insight as to their financial condition</li><li>Oversee the annual financial and governmental audits, including work paper preparation, liaison with auditors and understanding of the governmental programs</li><li>Oversee and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all compliance reporting</li><li>Serve as a fiscal liaison to applicable Agencies</li><li>Provide training to client staff to ensure internal controls are properly implemented and followed</li><li>Work with organizational leaders and other executives to ensure financial information is properly communicated</li><li>Develop and maintain long-term relationships with client leadership and staff</li><li>Maintain up to date knowledge of the industry and related funding through regular professional development in areas of responsibility</li><li>Mentor staff to ensure continued professional growth within Charter Impact Teams</li><li>Work collaboratively with Business Development Team to develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our non-profit customer base</li><li>Support the Business Development Team with subject matter expertise to find and win prospects</li><li>Analyze non-profit market trends and discover new opportunities for growth</li><li>Liaise with other departments to ensure brand consistency and increase sales through cross-functional efforts.</li>"

      "content": "<li>Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required.</li><li>Master's degree in Finance or Accounting is highly desired.</li><li>7 years of experience, a portion of which includes oversight and development of staff is required.</li><li>Experience in a professional service firm, such as a CPA firm, is a plus.</li><li>Experience in non-profit finance and operations is highly desired</li><li>Experience charter school finance and operations is a plus.</li><li>Certified Public Accountant is highly desired but not required.</li><li>Ability to maintain, encourage, and participate in a close and highly collaborative team environment with clients and Charter Impact staff.</li><li>Exceptional customer service skills.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>High organizational skills with attention to detail.</li><li>Self-starter – able to prioritize and multi-task without daily direct supervision.</li><li>Computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel.</li><li>Knowledge of Sage Intacct or other similar Non-Profit Accounting systems.</li>"
