We are seeking a strategic Sr. Controller to oversee the financial health and long‑term planning of the organization.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Overview</span><br>The Sr. Controller will lead the accounting and related operations, CF forecasting, and compliance. This senior leadership role partners with executive leadership and plays a key part in shaping the organization’s financial future.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage cash flow, reserves, and financial performance metrics</li>\n<li>Lead the accounting department<br></li>\n<li>Prep and oversight of audit of annual financial statements</li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with Israeli tax law, nonprofit regulations, and internal controls</li>\n<li>Manage relationships with auditors, legal counsel, tax advisors, suppliers, and financial institutions</li>\n<li>Enhance financial systems and processes to support organizational growth</li>\n<li>This position has the potential for long-term growth trajectory</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience as a Controller in Israel or similar financial role</li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of Israeli accounting/bookkeeping, payroll</li>\n<li>Experience with nonprofit financial regulations - required</li>\n<li>Excellent negotiation skills and experience with managing relationships with large suppliers and service providers. <br></li>\n<li>Israeli CPA<br></li>\n<li>Experience running a budget of over $25 million</li>\n<li>Native‑level English (required) and professional Hebrew proficiency (required)</li>\n<li>Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines</li>\n<li>Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills</li>\n<li>High proficiency with Israeli financial systems </li>\n<li>Ability to work full-time on‑site in our Jerusalem office</li>\n</ul>",
