Analyze findings to guide design decisions.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Interaction Design:</span> Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile apps. Ensure designs are user-centered and aligned with business goals.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Visual Design:</span> Create and maintain design systems, including style guides and UI components. Ensure visual consistency across all products.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Collaboration:</span> Partner with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define product requirements and design solutions that meet user and business needs.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Feedback and Iteration:</span> Gather and incorporate feedback from users and team members. Iterate on designs based on feedback and usability testing results.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Stay Current:</span> Keep up with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
