This role requires technical accounting acumen, advanced analytical abilities, and hands-on experience with ERP systems and accounting automation.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Principal Accountabilities</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><em>Financial Close &amp; General Ledger</em></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Own components of the month-end consolidation close process, including consolidation journal entries (Intercompany eliminations, Consolidation reclasses), ensuring timely completion, accuracy, and adherence to established close timelines.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintain and enforce chart of accounts structure and proper financial classification.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><em>Account Reconciliations &amp; Balance Sheet Integrity</em></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Perform and review consolidated balance sheet reconciliations with full supporting schedules, ensuring timely completion, accuracy, and resolution of reconciling items.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Investigate reconciling items, aged balances, and unusual transactions.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><em>Technical Accounting&nbsp;</em></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Research, document, and implement accounting treatment for transactions such as revenue recognition (ASC 606) and lease accounting (ASC 842).</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Draft technical memos and accounting position papers.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><em>Financial Analysis &amp; Reporting</em></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Perform in-depth financial statement analysis.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Support the preparation of cash flow statements and analysis</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assist in the preparation of internal and external reporting packages</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><em>Audit &amp; Controls</em></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Serve as liaison with external auditors.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Prepare audit schedules, PBC (Provided by Client) requests, and support walkthroughs.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Identify control gaps and implement remediation plans.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Enhance internal control framework and documentation.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><em>Process Improvement</em></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Identify inefficiencies in accounting processes and lead optimization initiatives.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Standardize close timelines and documentation procedures. Implement best practices in financial reporting and reconciliation automation.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Identify and implement automation and process improvements that increase efficiency, accuracy, and consistency across close and reconciliation activities.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>&nbsp;Qualifications / Knowledge / Education</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Bachelor&#39;s degree in Accounting or Finance.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Required 2-5+ years of progressive public accounting and 4-7+ years of industry experience, with strong emphasis on analytical, non-routine, and judgment-driven work.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong technical accounting knowledge with the ability to research and interpret complex transactions.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience with ERP systems and financial close, reporting, and consolidation tools.
