Our&nbsp;Bakery Team Lead&nbsp;will be responsible for executing a wide variety of tasks throughout the store. The&nbsp;Bakery Team Lead&nbsp;will effectively direct and supervise all activities of the bakery department and its personnel to achieve merchandising, sales and customer service goals established for the department. A Bakery Team Lead is a responsible team player and always ready to learn. A Bakery Team Lead can work at a fast pace, has a keen eye for detail, and will provide a memorable experience for all our customers!&nbsp;</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong> A&nbsp;Bakery Team Lead&nbsp;is a responsible, friendly person who can safely work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>A Bakery Team Lead’s responsibilities include:&nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintaining a positive and friendly attitude towards customers and fellow team members.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Engaging with customers through smiles and greetings, offering product information, providing selling suggestions and active sampling and always giving a genuine thank you.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Focusing on providing fast and friendly customer service.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Processing cash register transactions, giving back change, processing checks, EBTs, and refunds.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Using scale printer machine, ensuring weights and pricing are correct.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Understanding the importance of and monitoring product pricing, signage, and placement as well as the use of product shelf tags and shelf signage.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Keeping a clean, neat and orderly check stand/sales counter and work production areas.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Wrapping, bagging, boxing, weighing, slicing, finishing, and stocking bakery department products, rotating them as necessary to ensure quality and safety.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Displaying goods following bakery department and/or merchandising guidelines.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Understanding the importance and the monitoring of product pricing, signage, and placement as well as the use of product shelf tags and shelf signage.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Keeping a clean, neat and orderly bench, production area, storage area, and walk-in coolers and freezers.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Helping in the wrapping, boxing, weighing, slicing, finishing, and stocking bakery department products, rotating them as necessary to ensure quality and safety.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Displaying goods following bakery department and/or merchandising guidelines.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Taking customer orders, ensuring orders are completed on time and to the customer’s satisfaction.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Helping decorators and bakers with personalization of cakes and icing of cakes, donuts, sweet rolls etc.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>All other related duties as assigned&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications:&nbsp;&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<p>Desired qualifications include:&nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Friendly and customer service oriented.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Self-motivated, with a high attention to detail, quality and presentation&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Skills to communicate effectively with coworkers and customers&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently, effectively manage time and multitask in a fast-paced environment&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Ability to read, understand and follow through on verbal and written directions&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Ability to reliably meet required work schedule and adhere to company attendance policy&nbsp;</li>\n <li><u>MUST BE 18 years of age</u>&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Employees may occasionally experience the following physical demands for an extended period:&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<p>Standing, Sitting, Lifting + Stocking (Up to 50 lbs.), Pushing, Keyboarding, Telephone Use, Walking, Bending&nbsp;</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>Salary Ranges:&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<p>The range displayed reflects the range the company reasonably expects to pay for the position.
